Delivery timelines
Orders placed before 1pm (local time) are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
- Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Rural and remote areas: please allow 2–3 additional business days.

International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are sent with full tracking and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices. They are payable by the recipient on delivery. Some ingredients or aerosol products may be restricted in certain countries; if an item cannot be shipped to your address we will let you know before dispatch and refund it in full.
Packaging & tracking
Parcels are packed in recycled, kerbside-recyclable cartons with paper padding — no plastic fillers. Fragile glass items are wrapped individually. Track any order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
