Love it or return it. You have 30 days from delivery to send back any eligible item for a full refund.

30-day return policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is free for domestic orders; international customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Eligible items
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare items can be returned when they are:
- Unopened, with the tamper seal intact, in original packaging; or
- Opened but used no more than once, when the product has caused irritation — please include a short note so our formulation team can learn from it.
Not eligible: items used more than once, gift cards, items marked “final sale”, and products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund process
- Contact us at care@nikkymire.com (or use the contact form) with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid label and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and lodge the parcel within 7 days.
- We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival and email you a confirmation.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you immediately — no return required.
